This parade of shops was commercial use which we converted to residential.

Planning permission was granted to the shops to be changed to residential and we applied for an extension and to add another floor.

Next step was to refurbish the developed to a high standard. 

As of now it contains a dozen of studios let on a very high rental yield which doubled our investment.
