Planning permission was granted to the shops to be converted to 15 x 1 bedroom flats and 3 shops.

Next step was to refurbish the developed to a high standard. 

As of now it contains 15 high functioning 1 bedroom flats and 3 shops rented out for a grocery, money changer and restaurant, with a high rental income and yield on our investment.
