We purchased this land for %30 market value. We then went for planning permission and were granted 8 units of one bedroom studios plus an out building containing a 2 bedroom flat on a seperate entrance.
The development was on a very high standard and we rented out each hosue for %10 above rental market value bringin our investment to %50 above market value.
