We purchased this site that was originally 2 self containing shops.

Planning permission was granted to the shops to be changed to residential and we applied for an extension and to add another floor.

Next step was to refurbish the developed to a high standard. 

As of now it contains 6 high functioning 2 bedroom flats on a high rental yield.
